It is a small family’s first home. At 600 SF the small family had just enough room, but their family is growing and they need more space to spread out. Their goals were simple and their expectations modest. Give us a small but smart home where every inch is usable and livable and with the birth of their new child they also gave birth to the small but smart cottage.
