Story:
Their goal was simple enough. Their child needs a place as inspiring and wonderful as she is so they asked their architect (that’s me) to find a way to convert two really dysfunctional bathrooms, a cramped hallway and a useless storage closet into something useful, inspiring and beautiful which became Sydney’s sweet suite.

Environment Solutions:
- replaced antiquated windows with energy-efficient windows and glass block
- low voltage light fixtures to provide ample light but reduced energy use
- recycled toilet and refinished tub to reuse, reduce recycle usable products
- refinished interior doors to reuse, reduce recycle usable products
- knee space to accommodate make-up space or wheel-chair access

- retained exterior detailing to preserve exterior appearance
