The new aesthetic arrived introducing a hill country aesthetic to a neighborhood that lacked any notable style. 3 small bedrooms become 4 spacious bedrooms. 1-3/4 baths become 3-1/2 baths. A garage-less home earns a garage. Undersized living spaces become an open living concept indoors and outdoors.It’s nice to be the trendsetter and this home is exactly that.
